February 13, 2016: Syrian refugee workers are seen reflected in a window as Sherif Khalil (left bottom), a 51 years-old Syrian kurdish refugee from Aleppo, sits at the office of his print factory in Gaziantep. Sherif is a businessman that fled into Turkey during the war in the neighbouring country and currently owns a factory that also gives job to other refugees from Syria.
