Poorly served by the corrupted local goverment, the burmese populace and the minority groups flee to find humanitarian health centres situated outskirts of the land country due the military junta deny any sort of humanitarian aid inside Burma. Roughly 50 millions of burmese, by decades of devastating violence, insecurity and political persecution has kept in complete isolation. The social structure of the country has been dismantled by the hard military dictatorship, and the sistematically war againts ethnic minorities had pushed to millions of them to flee in pursuit for essential rights into the neighbouring countries.
Overwhelmed by treatable deseases, for those had fled the humanitarian care centres means the lastest hope to get alive, because the civilians freedom are over control of military regime and services as health and education are not accesible to the people within Burma, and its doesn´t exist in the war-torn areas. Despite the billions of dolars earned from natural energy resouces, the militar junta spends 3% of the nacional expenditure on health and 40% on military features, and large parts of the populace and minority gorups remain into a bleak atmosphere.
The rudimentary standard of medical attention at the humanitarian care centres like The Mae Tao clinic, a public health clinic located into the Thai side border, is the only way to get relief for refugees, migrant workers and individuals, for whom receive essential services is not available in the poor region.
